Technical expertise, professionalism and outstanding customer service (including follow-up) -- this is the best way to describe the services and culture at Environmental Protech! Our water softener was on its last legs and needed a major overhaul which required multiple service visits and coordination with our home insurance company. From the first visit, I was impressed with the expertise of the techs, (Bronson, Robert and Joe) and their willingness to take time to answer my many questions and explain complicated issues. More importantly, the follow-up is unbelievable – they either called or returned to my home to recheck the water to ensure I was satisfied. Brooke and Mindy (in the office) worked around our schedules to accommodate us. This sometimes required last minute reschedules – they did not complain.
They also called us when the techs were 30 minutes from our home – they are very punctual. We were so impressed with Environmental ProTech that we had them replace our reverse osmosis drinking system.
Again, they explained all our options, including keeping the current system. I strongly recommend this locally owned company because of their outstanding service and expertise at reasonable prices. Finally, this is unsolicited feedback which I felt was warranted. I was not asked to write this testimonial, but I saw the others on their web site and wanted to express thoughts also.
