I want you to know how happy I was with the maintenance call today by your technician, Kurt Safieh. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and efficient in his work. I was very much impressed with his attitude and “Customer service approach”. It was very evident that he had been trained that HE is the point of sales/service with customers and that this is key to maintaining your business. Obviously I was also happy that the unit only required minor service—even after 20+ years of service. Good product.

Environmental Protech were knowledgeable about my old water softener system, arrived punctually, fixed the issue for a very reasonable fee and made several followup calls to make sure all was working correctly. They didn't try to sell me a whole new system or charge me unnecessarily for anything, so I can honestly give them five stars for every aspect of the job.
